2023 World Wushu Championships
A four-day live stream of the 2023 World Wushu Championships. This was streamed to several social media platforms, The Olympic Channel, and several broadcasters in China.

Roles:
Encoding Engineer
Manages the stream and ensures end-to-end quality.
Primary responsibilities include:
Gather streaming credentials from the client
Collect stream Title, Thumbnail, Description, and Watch Page URL from clients (if necessary)
Perform test streams to platform(s)
Ensure clean and proper transmissions of streams
Configure encoder and adjust resolution, bitrate, etc as needed
Initiate and manage streams on the platform side
Start, Stop, and Manage records
Note the start and end timecode of records
Manage stream distribution/transcoding
Push streams to GO LIVE on platforms as directed
Ensure audio and video quality, audio sync, and captions by monitoring the final stream on consumer page(s)
Communicate any issues immediately to the Producer / Director
Document (at regular intervals determined by the producer, the concurrent viewership, total viewership, health, and other key metrics
Live Trim Operator
Create clips during the event and upload them to the client drive.
Manage multiple recordings
Clip important moments
Upload them to the specified destination
Review clips to ensure audio sync
