Stream Manager

As the stream manager, I monitored all the streamers’ feeds and routed them to director.

  • Conducted test streams & ensure proper transmission

  • Configured encoder settings (resolution, bitrate, etc.)

  • Initiated, managed, & started streams as directed

  • Created multiviews for production team

  • Monitored the final stream for quality, sync, & captions

  • Reported issues immediately to the Director

  • Documented viewership, stream health, & key metrics at set intervals
